Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BizConnect. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  2. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@bizconnect.shop. Provide your order number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return.
    • Our team will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
  4. Refunds:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method.
    • Please allow 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team at contact@bizconnect.shop. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund, as per your preference.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
